For a longer visit or permanent relocation, we offer rentals
from 1 month to 1 year, furnished or unfurnished, throughout
the South Bay. Listings change regularly for the long term leases
so be sure to contact us for availability.
General Information
Tentative reservations are accepted for our vacation rentals
by phone, fax or Email and are held for two weeks while a contract
is mailed out. We require a refundable security deposit and a
non-refundable cleaning fee (amount varies per property) for
each reservation. One half of the total amount due is required
within 7 days of receiving contract. The balance is due 2 weeks
before arrival. All payments should be made by personal or Cashier's
check, or bank wire. We do not accept credit cards. Our check-in
time of 4:00 PM and check-out time of 11:00 AM must be strictly
observed, as this allows just enough time for our cleaning crew
to prepare the property for the next guests. For the comfort
and courtesy of our renters and owners, all our vacation properties
have a NO SMOKING, NO PETS POLICY. |
